Join Bridges to Health addiction services in the Student Health and Development Centre on February 5, 2014 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm for a free workshop to discuss stress, factors that can impact stress including drug and alcohol use, and share strategies you may already have to cope with the competing demands of school, work and life.
Pizza and refreshments will be served. Come prepared to listen, learn and talk if you choose.

This workshop will help you identify your reactions to stress, discuss healthy versus unhealthy worrying, learn simple stress management strategies and explore the importance of self-care.
Open to all first year faculty of arts students on Laurier’s Waterloo Campus, this workshop is presented by Tracey Watson, the Faculty of Arts Personal Counselling Consultant from Counselling Services.
